Hariraj Charitable Trust's vision is to foster community well-being through education, environmental preservation, and healthcare. It is deeply committed to empowering marginalized communities by enhancing access to essential services and promoting sustainable livelihoods. Guided by its mission to drive holistic development, the Trust focuses on gender equality, agricultural sustainability, and health awareness.

Major Interventions:

REEL PVH and REEL Marks Project: The aim is to promote sustainable cotton farming and improve farmers' livelihoods in the region. Farmers are trained in Integrated Crop Management (ICM), and Organic Farming covering essential practices like nutrient management, pest control, and contamination-free harvesting. Demonstration plots and exposure visits further equip farmers with practical skills to adopt eco-friendly techniques thereby improving the livelihoods of numerous farmers by advocating climate-smart agricultural techniques and biodiversity conservation.

Through community engagement activities such as mobile van campaigns and group discussions, these projects raise awareness about sustainable practices. The focus on reducing chemical fertilizers and pesticides protects the environment and enhances soil health and crop yield, benefiting farmers economically and environmentally.

Education and Gender Equality: Hariraj emphasizes child-centric learning and gender education. The Centre for Learning Assistance provides an engaging and supportive environment for children to improve literacy and numeracy. The Action for Equality program works with boys aged 13–17 to challenge societal gender norms, fostering leadership and awareness about equitable practices to combat violence and discrimination against women.

Healthcare: It organizes health awareness campaigns tailored to rural communities. These initiatives integrate cultural practices and local strategies to improve public health outcomes.

Women Empowerment: Hariraj runs vocational training programs and supports self-help groups (SHGs) to enable women to achieve economic independence. Initiatives like the Women Climate Change Leadership program cultivate women leaders who address the dual challenges of environmental sustainability and gender equity.
