Purnkuti envisions uplifting underprivileged communities, including women, children, and marginalized groups such as sex workers and transgender. It is dedicated to fostering sustainable development and creating holistic growth and empowerment opportunities. The aim is to have a society where all individuals, regardless of their backgrounds, have access to education, healthcare, and the means to lead dignified lives by breaking the cycle of poverty.

Major Interventions:

Project Dhara focuses on empowering women by providing skill-based training and promoting entrepreneurship. The project enables women to attain financial independence through vocational training in areas such as tailoring, jewelry making, and soap production. Additionally, Dhara conducts awareness sessions, self-defense workshops, and self-help group initiatives to enhance community resilience and self-reliance.

Project Manosakha supports the children of marginalized families, including those of sex workers and migrant laborers, by addressing their educational and developmental needs. Manosakha offers remedial education, nutritional support, counseling, and arts-based activities to ensure holistic development. The project creates a nurturing environment that helps children stay in school and aspire to brighter futures.

Waterlily Public School, established in 2011, provides quality education to children in rural Bihar. With a curriculum aligned to CBSE standards, it focuses on creating a strong academic foundation for students from nursery to eighth grade, emphasizing English medium instruction and digital literacy through its e-learning lab.

Purnkuti’s programs are united by a commitment to addressing systemic issues like poverty, illiteracy, and social exclusion.
