The NGO operates with a vision to ensure every child exercises the right to education and health while enabling individuals to access dignified livelihoods. Its mission is to deliver comprehensive welfare programs for children, women, transgender individuals, and underserved communities.

Major Interventions:

Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) creates safe, child-friendly learning environments for young children from vulnerable families. It focuses on foundational skill development, play-based learning, hygiene, and nutrition to build emotional and communication confidence. The initiative also engages parents to strengthen home-based learning and prepare children for school readiness.

Educational Initiatives: Aarohan offers a multi-tiered academic support framework designed to ensure no child is left behind. The primary program builds literacy and numeracy skills for first-generation learners. Middle school bridge courses focus on conceptual clarity and digital exposure to prevent student dropouts. Secondary and senior secondary initiatives provide exam preparation, career mentoring, leadership development, and peer guidance.

Nutrition and Health Program delivers balanced meals to children in a safe, respectful environment to combat malnutrition and enhance cognitive focus. Complementing this, health interventions organize regular medical check-ups, physical screening, height and weight monitoring, and vision assessments. The program promotes hygiene and sanitation awareness to ensure health barriers do not hinder academic growth.

Centers for Excellence: Experiential learning is fostered through dedicated STEM laboratories where students engage in hands-on science and technology experiments. The Centers for Excellence equip adolescents with digital literacy, public speaking, critical thinking, and financial skills to prepare them for higher education and future career opportunities.

Tribal and Transgender Inclusion: Aarohan strengthens educational spaces and family livelihoods in remote tribal areas. It also delivers skill training, health awareness, and capacity-building workshops to transgender individuals to promote social integration, self-reliance, and employment opportunities.
