Thanal Charitable Organization, a registered NGO in Lakshadweep, has been instrumental in providing critical healthcare services to remote island communities. Recognizing the urgent need for accessible renal care, Thanal established free dialysis centers on Amini and Androth Islands, significantly reducing the burden of travel and cost for patients with chronic kidney disease. Building on this success, Thanal now proposes a dedicated Dialysis Center at Kiltan Island, aiming to serve local patients with timely and life-saving treatment, alleviate financial strain, and improve health outcomes through localized care supported by trained professionals and essential infrastructure.

Nayepankh foundation was initiated to bring a change and help people during the tough times of Covid. Later in the year, the NGO started to expand their operations and provide help to a wider section of the society. With this revamped vision, the NGO acquired the name of NayePankh – giving wings to uplift the underprivileged section of our society. NayePankh is one of the eminent NGOs espoused in providing food, sanitary napkins, clothes, educating underprivileged sectors of our society for the better future. We make eforts to solve daily problems faced by people of India. Most of the young women feel humiliating in public places during their menstrual cycle; to bring change we create awareness campaigns among woman and youths about personal hygiene, providing sanitary napkins. Also, in our endeavour to fight hunger we distribute food not only to the underprivileged community but also to the stray animals. We are also providing clothes to the poor families. Till date we have helped more than two lakhs of people. Although this seems quite a big achievement, but our goal is still not complete, therefore we’re continuing more with hustle. When lockdown was hitting hard, we took a decision and now we are a 12A and 80G certified NGO (that means if someone donates to NayePankh they will get a relief of 50%in income tax). The most striking feature about us is that we are completely led by the youths of our country, many of whom are still in their colleges and schools. We are on a mission to make this earth a better place to live for all creatures. We are here as 'BADALTE BHARAT KI NAYI TASVEER'!!

In Pathar Pratima Block, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, every cyclone leaves families more exposed. Embankments weaken. Saline water destroys farmland. Livelihoods collapse. The Sundarbans — one of the world’s most important mangrove ecosystems — is losing its natural shield. Mangroves are that shield. They reduce coastal erosion. Absorb carbon. Protect against tidal surges. Create breeding grounds for fish and crabs. When they disappear, communities pay the price. With your support, Kankura Masat Social Welfare Society (KMSWS) will: • Plant 1,600 high-survival mangrove saplings • Strengthen vulnerable embankment areas • Geo-tag and monitor plantation sites • Mobilize Village Level Plantation Teams • Engage 100 school students as eco-ambassadors This is not symbolic plantation. It is targeted climate resilience for the Sundarbans. When you fund mangrove restoration in the Sundarbans, you protect homes, livelihoods, and biodiversity. Plant protection. Build resilience. Donate today.

I work as a Real estate broker. Life was moving forward until tragedy struck my family. In a short time, I lost my mother, my wife, and my elder brother. These losses broke me deeply, and I am still struggling to recover from the pain. During this difficult time, I had to borrow five lakh rupees from a lender to cover medical emergencies. The growing interest has now become a heavy burden, and I am unable to manage it alone. Depression has taken over my days, but I continue to fight because of one reason — my little child, who is in 1st standard. Every day, I look at my child’s innocent smile and remind myself that I must keep going. I want to give my child a safe future, but right now, I need help. This is not just about money — it is about survival, about hope, and about giving a small child the chance to grow up with education and security. Any support you can give will help me rebuild my life and provide for my child.

For many families, serious illness does not just bring pain. It brings isolation, fear, and impossible choices. In underserved communities, patients living with advanced cancer and other life-limiting illnesses are often sent home without support. Hospitals are far. Costs are high. Symptoms worsen. Families struggle alone. This campaign is about changing that — right now. DEAN Foundation runs a community-based, home care model from Monday to Friday, with a multidisciplinary team that includes a doctor, senior nurse, and health assistant. They provide: Total body assessment Pain and symptom control Dressing of bed sores and ulcers Catheter care and colostomy support Psychosocial and emotional counselling Training family members in safe caregiving At any given time, the team supports a caseload of approximately 75 patients This is not charity. It is structured medical care delivered with dignity. Why Give Now? Because suffering should not wait for a funding cycle. This is a time-bound, two-month campaign to ensure uninterrupted home-based hospice and palliative care. Without support, visits reduce. Pain increases. Families are left alone again. ₹3,00,000 is not just a number. It is two months of relief. Two months of dignity. Two months where no one has to face unbearable pain without help. Donate Today. Bring Medical Care Home.

For years, a group of students at Sunbeam could count on steady educational support. That changed this year. A long-term donor who contributed annually toward students’ education is no longer able to continue funding. The students they supported are now in 12th standard — second year of Junior College. They’ve come this far. Now there’s a financial gap that could interrupt everything. To ensure they complete the year without disruption, we need to raise ₹2,60,000. Here’s exactly how that amount will be used. 1. Performance Grants — ₹1,65,000 33 students who scored distinction in 11th Standard ₹5,000 per student These are students who worked hard, delivered strong academic results, and are preparing for their 12th board exams. The grant supports essential college-related expenses. 2. Special Grants for Orphan Students — ₹75,000 15 students (Worli + Bandra centres) ₹5,000 per student These students have lost parental support. This assistance helps ensure financial hardship does not force them to discontinue education. 3. Special Grants for Students with Handicapped or Critically Ill Parents — ₹20,000 4 students (Worli + Bandra centres) ₹5,000 per student For families already under medical and income strain, this support is crucial. These students are not starting out. They are already on the path. A funding shortfall at this stage could mean part-time work replacing study hours, or worse, dropping out entirely. Sunbeam is a small grassroots organisation with limited donors. When a long-term contributor steps away, the impact is immediate. This campaign is about continuity. About making sure students who have proven themselves are not forced to pause because of finances.

When Summer Heat Becomes a Daily Struggle Step into the children’s home at Malad West on a peak May afternoon. The tin roof traps heat. The balcony space below it becomes unbearable. The air feels heavy. Studying is difficult. Even sitting still is exhausting. Now imagine trying to grow up in that space. Sneha Sagar Society runs two orphanages and four homes for the aged in Mumbai. At their Malad West children’s home, the number of children has steadily increased. More children means more care, more responsibility and more pressure on limited infrastructure. Right now, there simply isn’t enough safe, cool, functional space at the children's home in Malad. And that’s where you come in. The balcony area under the existing roof becomes extremely hot in summer and cannot be used effectively. The current sleeping area is overcrowded. Children do not have adequate, safe sleeping arrangements. Study and activity space is limited. What Your Contribution Can Do ₹25,000 supports partial mezzanine roof construction ₹50,000 contributes toward structural materials ₹1,00,000 helps fund the bunk beds ₹3,75,100 completes the entire project Whether you fund one bed or the full structure, you directly improve daily life for children who depend entirely on this home. You can see it. You can measure it. You can visit it. And most importantly, children will feel it every single day. If you believe that every child deserves a safe place to sleep and a cool place to learn, this is your opportunity to act. Support the Heat-Resilient Space for Children at Sneha Sagar Society today.
