Interested high school students undergo a 12-month training for entry-level IT jobs.

Student activities including music, theatre, general knowledge, art and craft projects and subject specific programmes are conducted thereby making learning fun for the children by engaging and boosting their skills and knowledge in different areas. The NGO has been focusing on teaching art and craft, using waste material, painting and rangolis drives behavioural change in society.

Various training and development programmes help teachers upgrade their skills and become comfortable with technology and using online platforms.
