Cambridge Education Society aims at inculcating creativity, critical thinking innovation divergent thinking along with proper value of life for a student. Cambridge High School conducts an array of activities throughout the year bringing out all these hidden skills among children.
NGO caters the educational needs of students at two campuses, a residential school at Panchgani and a day school.
Curriculum & Board pattern: The NGO has a prescribed curriculum in order to follow the CCE pattern. Students are encouraged to show their creativity through various activities and projects from classes 1 to 10 including dance, music, rhymes, sports, clay, modelling, drawing, craft origami, table manners, etc. It provides sessions for Abacus and Vedic Maths within campus on Saturdays and Sundays with the latest educational techniques. It also has a scout and guide unit with full uniform under the guidance of a specially trianed staff.
Competitive Exams: Each and every student is mativated to participate in various competitive exams providing opportunities like NSCC MTS scholarship, English marathon insprie, etc. Students are supported to obtain IAS and Civil service exam trainings. Besides, poems and songs in Hindi, Marathi, English are recited by students and participation in various debates are done.
Sports: The school has a fully fledged karate academy with experienced and well trained teachers. It credits athletes and achievers in the field of thangha martial arts. It conducts annual sports meet with a series of events to develop a spirit of supportiveness and positive attitude among students.
Nutrition: Students are provided with a well planned and balanced diet of both vegiterian and non vegiterian dishes along with seasional fruits, milk, sprouts, etc.
Special Events: The school celebrates different festivals and occasions to make students understand the signifance of the same. It organises trips and excursions to various educational spots in order to trigger the intellect in a play way.
Orphanage: It is an upcoming project wherein an orphange is being set up for destitute and underpriveled children. In addition to academics and sports, vocational arts will aslo be taught along with diet meals, workshops, counselling, mental- health classes, eye camps and physical training sessions.
