Dialysis Unit in remote islands in Lakshadweep for marginalized people

Thanal Charitable Organization, a registered NGO in Lakshadweep, has been instrumental in providing critical healthcare services to remote island communities. Recognizing the urgent need for accessible renal care, Thanal established free dialysis centers on Amini and Androth Islands, significantly reducing the burden of travel and cost for patients with chronic kidney disease. Building on this success, Thanal now proposes a dedicated Dialysis Center at Kiltan Island, aiming to serve local patients with timely and life-saving treatment, alleviate financial strain, and improve health outcomes through localized care supported by trained professionals and essential infrastructure.
