What are the building blocks for success? This is what I wanted to convey first, rather than getting into any micro-strategies of how to write a proposal or how a website should be designed. To my mind, it is all immaterial unless this core is first fixed, because any other stuff flows from here, not the reverse.

So, I am NOT going to spend a single minute of your time telling you how your website should look, what your brochure should have, and so on and so forth. I am NOT concerned with that because I think those are more outcomes of these strategies.

How do you figure out who are your stakeholders in your ecosystem? How do you figure out what their actual needs are? How do you figure out what is your unique, differentiated value proposition that someone should choose you? How do you create and nurture long-term, durable, mutually beneficial relationships?

To my mind, if you scratch this, irrespective of what strategies you later follow about execution or implementation, it will work because the core is strong.
