Well, I'm always very proud of the kind of work that Vare does. But today, I realize that the element of professionalism and structure that needs to be in every organization is somewhere lacking with us.

Today's session was very educative as well as very informational. I do hope that in our organization we will be able to implement quite a few points, and we will work upon it and towards it. That is what I feel.

The earlier session was quite good because we had to talk about vision and how important it is to develop that, and how focused one can be because we have a proper vision in front of us.

Even like today's session, it was more into how important it is that the accumulated data has to be put forward to your stakeholders. That is what I would say, to the stakeholders as well as to us as workers who want to do our bit for the community. We feel that we have so much data, but we haven't really gone through the process of analyzing and again putting it back and feeling of bringing it back to the organizations. That will help us to move ahead.
