Yes, I mean, so supposing you are in the United States of America, you basically seek registration as a non-profit organization at a state level. It's easier in certain states of USA as opposed to certain other states. I believe I'm told that probably it's much easier to get yourself registered in probably a certain particular state, etc.

And after that, just like we go to the income tax department, they register themselves under what is called 501(c)(3), which means they become a non-profit organization where donors giving to that organization can claim tax deductions. So, we have something equal in the U.S. In the UK, we definitely have something more similar. They have a charity commissioner's office there. As you know, there are a lot of things we have in India which are part of the British common law system, so that's how it is.

In the UK, the laws are pretty similar, except that the office of the charity commissioner in the UK is far more friendlier. I mean, that's more like a friend to the sector as opposed to being a very controlling or regulating body. That's the only difference.
