ETASHA Society empowers youth from underserved communities by equipping them with skills, confidence, and values essential for sustainable livelihoods. It aims to create a society where economic disparity is reduced through access to opportunities. The mission focuses on training and mentoring youth and women, promoting positive work ethics, and facilitating meaningful employment.

Major Interventions:

Vocational Training and Placement: ETASHA runs multiple programs to prepare young people for the job market. The focus is on developing market-relevant technical skills along with soft skills such as communication, grooming, and interview readiness. The training is supported by placement services, ensuring that participants transition into formal employment with dignity and purpose.

Career Guidance and Employability Skills: Career planning sessions aim to broaden students’ horizons, increase awareness of vocational pathways, and encourage informed decision-making. The Employability Skills Program enhances confidence, communication, and teamwork, helping students align their aspirations with achievable goals.

Entrepreneurship Development: ETASHA promotes entrepreneurship as a viable livelihood option. It supports women and youth in building micro-enterprises thereby providing training in business skills, financial literacy, and mentorship, empowering participants to become self-reliant and contribute economically to their communities.

Community Engagement and Life Skills: ETASHA also focuses on holistic development by delivering life skills education and community awareness programs. Sessions on gender sensitization, health, hygiene, and digital literacy are targeted.
