NGO Profile :
Anwar Education Society (AES) was formed with an objective to support the poor and deprived section of society all over Delhi. It offers vocational training for children and women, create awareness programmes and helps them with various rural development schemes for their upliftment.

AES performed following activities during 2014:

  • Vocational training was provided by offering free computer education to children of their locality.
  • Rural development programmes were carried out by introducing various schemes run by the state and central government.
  • Women development programmes to provide mental and emotional support to needy women.
  • The importance of biodiversity conservation to maintain the environment is being propogated by AES. It teaches people about various plants, animals and other natural resources like ponds, parks and hills, etc.
  • Awareness programmes on various issues like AIDS, consumer awareness were organised by AES to educate & provide updates to the rural population.
  • AES also celebrates cultural programmes like Id, Holi, Diwali, etc.
