An equal, just, and peaceful society
  • Lok Sevashram Chiksaura (LSC) was established in the year 1992 by a team of social workers and activists to realize the ideology and principle of Gandhi and Jai Prakash Narayan to establish an equal, peaceful and harmonious society for the progress of the well being.
  • Programs: i) Axshya Project: The Organization is working for Awareness through community meeting with Village Health and Sanitation Committee. ii) Creche: LSC has implemented three creche centers to provide pre-education, nutrition and primary health facilities for the children below six years of working women. iii) Awareness against HIV/AIDS: The organization organized community meeting to aware the people against HIV/AIDS through condom promotion, management of STIs, oral substitution therapy (for injecting drug users), creating an enabling Environment, behavior change communication, etc. iii) Medical Check Up: The organization is also conducting free cataract treatment by collecting the donation. The beneficiaries of this camp belong to vulnerable group of communities. iv) Education: LSC is running a school from class one to eight named 'Saraswati Residential Public School Chambhera' since the past six years for children below poverty line.
