Krushi Vikas Va Gramin Prashikshan Sanstha (KVGPS) is dedicated to advancing agricultural and rural development through culturally sensitive training in local languages. Partnering with esteemed institutions, KVGPS delivers comprehensive programs that address community needs.

Major Interventions:

Sustainable Management of Natural Resources: KVGPS enhances water availability, undertakes watershed development, and promotes sustainable agriculture practices. They focus on soil conservation, fodder development, and scientific livestock management.

Farm Productivity Enhancement: The NGO boosts farm productivity with Farmers Field Schools, climate-resilient practices, crop diversification, and modern technologies like drone spraying. They also support organic composting and crop intensification.

Collectivization and Aggregation of Primary Producers: KVGPS mobilizes farmers into viable groups, provides governance and management training, and supports value chain development. They focus on women-led Farmer Producer Organizations for empowerment and growth.

Strengthening Farm and Non-Farm Livelihoods: KVGPS identifies and promotes micro-enterprises, supports value chain development, and aids vulnerable groups. They use digital and financial technologies to improve business operations and market access.

Climate Sustainability: The GreenAct initiative raises climate change awareness and promotes tree planting, biogas usage, and renewable energy solutions such as home lights, streetlights, and pump systems.

Additionally, KVGPS supports Farmer Producer Organizations and water security projects, underscoring its commitment to rural development.
