POST GRADUATE PROGRAMME FOR NGO PROFESSIONALS
The NGO sector has been undergoing huge changes in the past few years. Social sector professionals are now expected to have organizational management skills in addition to their areas of specialization. Moreover, the entry of CSR funds has led to an increased demand for trained staff who can manage programmes and create performance metrics.
S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research offers a Post-Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP - DM) to cater to this need of NGO staff. The programme is aimed at professionals who are already employed in the social sector and are looking to improve their skills. The programme offers participants the flexibility to continue working with their organisations while attending campus sessions one week every two months.
The course is also focused on applying learnings in the field, and has structured interactions with mentors and experts to give an in-depth perspective. There are great opportunities to learn from peers as well. Past participants include members of organisations like the Aditya Birla Group, WWF India, Alert – India, Vaagdhara, Essar Group and Dr. Reddy’s Foundation.
Their next batch begins on May 18th. Candidates can avail of a 50% concession if they send in the application and fee receipt before 25th April. Don’t miss this chance to enhance your personal and professional growth!
